Used in the TIFF-F standard, denotes the number of 'bad' scan lines encountered by the facsimile device.
A 'bad' scanline is defined as a scanline that, when decoded, comprises an incorrect number of pixels. Note that this is an absolute value, a percentage of bad scanlines can be calculated by bringing ImageLength into the equation.
